About Me
I’ve worked as a therapist with adults, children, and couples since 1994. I felt drawn to this work after having a transformative therapy experience myself, and I wanted to assist others in benefitting in similar ways.
I practice daily meditation, and I have studied yoga throughout my adult life. I draw on mindful presence as a vital way to gain personal insight and foster self-compassion.
